Portishead TTC run a large and vibrant Junior Section welcoming 7 to 18 year old boys and girls. Players can be selected to train and play for senior teams from the age of 12 with qualified coaches (level 2 coach and 7 more currently obtaining their coaching qualifications) working closely to develop players.
At PTTC we recognise the need to develop talent, through structured coaching and player mentoring, in a safe and friendly environment. Our coaching programme is designed by our Table Tennis England qualified coach. Our coaches are DBS checked and experienced in positively encouraging Junior players to develop and work on their core skills.
PTTC is FUN and expansive, you can learn to play a new sport and make new friends, you can improve on your skills and then achieve your goals.

Come and join Bristol’s fastest growing table tennis club! This is the second year we have entered teams in the Bristol Junior league, and we currently hold the top 2 places in Division 1. Portishead TTC is a great believer in young players being the future, not always as elite players, but believe young players are the future in table tennis. We always make the training challenging but fun. We take experienced players and also young players wanting to try something new (taster sessions before commitment).
