It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of MWMC player June Woollven.

June passed away on the 7th September after suffering a stroke over the bank holiday weekend, which she did not recover from.

 June had just turned 90 and was always talking with her about her time playing table tennis in the Maidstone League which she'd loved.

June won 13 double and various single titles &runners up in the Maidstone championship starting in 1973 and continuing for the next 40 years.
