As we approach the halfway mark of the season we have clear leaders in the Third and Fourth Divisions who will be difficult to catch in the New Year. Marldon Tykes, relegated from the Second Division last season, are 17 points clear at the top of the Third Division while the youngsters of Torbay Academy 6 lead the Fourth Division by a massive 28 points........

Battlers 9-1 win over bottom side Marldon Tykes was just enough to confirm them champions of Division 2. Ed Thompson (78%), Peter Nicholson (73%) & Keith Hawkins (69%) lead the Taverners side by 20 points, although Taverners have 2 to play they cannot catch Battlers superior wins total. Congratulations to Battlers who have remained unbeaten throughout the season.

Congratulations to Denbury Tykes for clinching the Division 3 title with a 9-1 over Brixham Panthers. Tykes regulars, Steve Metcalfe, Pat Darch & Huw Darch were joined this season by Martin Dilkes who has only lost one set and has an average of 97%. With Steve, Pat & Huw also having averages in the 80%s they stormed to the title undefeated with 2 matches still to play.
