It was all change at the South Devon & Torbay Table Tennis League's Early Season Tournament which took place at the Torbay Leisure Centre on Sunday 19th November. A new tournament organiser, a new tournament handicap system and a new tournament format, all of which seemed to work pretty successfully.........
