Please find attached updated rule changes proposals (change made to last paragragh of amendment to 18c).
Dear Secretaries,
This year's rules meeting has been booked for Monday 19th February at Civil Service Club (19:30 prompt start), agenda attached.
Two rule change proposals (attached) are up for consideration.
At the meeting one representative for each team will be eligible to vote.
