Adult practice sessions are held at SGS between 18.00 and 20.00pm on Friday evenings when Bristol Flyers Basketball are not using the hall.

The practice is now happening this week on 26th April because Flyers do not have a match that day but there has been a Flyers playoff match scheduled for 3rd May when there will not be a session.

Sessions this season have been well attended with a mix of playing standards and 20+ players.
