Players with Pending Payment status on Sport80

There is an issue with the TTE introduction of direct debit that prevents us entering scores on the TT Leagues system. In some situations it also prevents us adding new players to teams.

The players who chose direct debit move into a pending payment condition and the TT Leagues system was not modified to cater for this. TTE are investigating how to resolve the issue and have advised us that the direct debit is taking between 6 to 8 working days to clear. We are aware of some players where it has taken even longer.

We have configured the TT365 system so that scores can be entered for any players in the pending status. One of the reasons we run 2 systems is that it reduces risk and gives us continuity if we have a system problem like this. 

This means the results will be on TT365 but not on TT Leagues while the players are in that status. This also means that the league tables on the systems will be out of alignment. We have had 3 players caught by this and the divisions currently affected are div5 and 6. Update 26th Oct - the last of the pending payments has now cleared so league tables on the systems should now align.
