Subject: - Bristol and District Annual General Meeting – June 12th, 2023
The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Almondsbury Sports and Social Club, on Monday 12th June 2023 commencing at 7.30pm. Minutes will be forwarded before the meeting.
A nomination form for the Executive is enclosed with this letter. The incumbent Executive Members are Andy Elliott, Chairman, Mervyn George -, Treasurer, Brian Ellison - Registration Secretary, Aylwyn Powell General Secretary, with Shaun Fitzpatrick, Clive Ellison, Mike Withyman, Dave Groundsell, Nick Locke and Martin Moore, Mark Woodcock, as general members of the Executive and Ricky Jemmott as the TTE company member. All, except Aylwyn Powell as General Secretary, are willing to serve again, if nominated.
You are reminded that failure to attend the AGM will result in a fine under League Rule 11.
Please note that this meeting is open to all affiliated members.
The Annual presentation of Awards will take place after the AGM at approximately 8.30pm.
Please inform all your members about the meeting especially those who are to receive an award.
The bar facilities are available to everyone from early evening and you are permitted to take drinks into the hall for the meeting.
