TTE Registration for the 2023-24 season

The Sport80 system is now accepting registrations for the 2023-24 season.

The league rules require players to take out a valid membership (compete, compete plus) before they play in the league when matches start in late September.

The options for making a single payment (not using direct debit / automatic renewal) and for bulk payments to be made via a club appear to still be in place. TTE are promoting direct debit but the other options still exist for people unwilling or unable to use direct debit and for clubs who prefer to administer the TTE memberships for their players.

As part of registration players need to self configure their club and league membership on Sport80 to state which leagues and clubs they are playing for. Players will be presented with a panel.

club and league

Players who intend to play in the Bristol League should ensure they have selected the league as per the screen shot. It is recommended that people also select their club so that both appear. Civil Service has been selected here as an example. Doing this is helpful to those clubs that use Sport80 for monitoring their players (though not all do).

Over the last couple of seasons we have found that most new players only select their club and not the league. This is unhelpful because it adds to our setup work. We do get some people who fail to join either and this causes considerable additional work.

Players who are joining the league this season who have used the automatic renewal option must remember to add the Bristol League and club to their memberships. The automatic renewal will not add you to the league so you have to login and update the information.

If players were registered with TTE last season then they should renew (or upgrade) that existing membership. Do not create a new membership for this season. We get a number of instances each season which causes a lot of problems with more than one membership record on the systems for players.
