Steve Payne has played table tennis in the Bristol and district league for 35 years for a number of teams, St George's, Brislington and Old Georgians to name a few.

He had one of his legs amputated around 5 years ago due to medical complications but continued to play as much as he could, though other health issues restricted him. 

He has now unfortunately lost his other leg and will no longer be able to play the game he loves.
