ADTTA were part of the Battle of the Brits Tennis event at the P&J Live on the 21 & 22 December.

Coaches and players were on hand in the 'Fan-Zone' in our own Table Tennis Arena, giving the fans at the event the chance to try their hand at Table Tennis, witness some of our junior players in action, and pick up an information leaflet on ADTTA and contact details on communities and clubs where table tennis is played in the North East.

The Table Tennis arena was alongside other providers in the 'Fan-Zone', but proved to be one of the most popular attractions in the area, with Tennis fans queuing up to have a go against our juniors, play against friends, and pick up some hints and tips from our coaches. The coaches and especially the juniors were delighted to be able to watch the spectacular tennis as well!

Overall the event was a big success and very worthwhile for ADTTA. Hopefully Jamie Murray, our main contact, will bring the event back to Aberdeen so that ADTTA can make this a feature of our sporting calendar again.
