Booking a table
Due to current Government / Table Tennis England re-opening guidelines, we are only allowing limited numbers into the club at any one time in order to ensure a safe playing environment.
Should you want to make a booking, please use the calendar below. Please add your surname and a contact number in the Ref field.
Bookings must be placed at least 48 hours prior to the day of the event.
Any failure to attend against a booking made will still be charged unless agreed otherwise by the Committee.
Should insufficient numbers declare their interest in playing, the Club reserves the right to cancel the session at short notice.
Body Temperature will be taken upon arrival at the hall. Any persons recording a high temperature will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Refunds will not be awarded in this event.
When not playing, Facemasks must be used at all times. Refusal to do so will see you being asked to leave the premises for the safety of yourself and others.
Players must stay within their 'table bubble'.
Anybody experiencing signs of ill health must report to the Covid Officer on duty, who will be announced on your arrival.
