The domestic contest between Hector and Invincible at the Howard this week ended in favour of the latter by a 7-3 margin, thanks to unbeaten singles performances from Keiran Richardson and Simon Fevor. The “home”side responded with wins for Sean Durkin and Roger Chipperfield against John Allen, plus the doubles, featuring Sean and Roger, while their teammate Steve Collins for once went winless. The only five setter of the night saw Simon get past Roger 11-7 in the decider.
