Win number 15 of the season for 2nd placed Rainham 1 as they overcame Chatham Furious with the help of 3 walkover points. James Townsend achieved the consolation point(against Vinnie McAneney) in a 5 legger and also took legs off both Rikki Clarke and Dave Barr. Nathan Round caused Dave a few problems by taking the first 2 legs but seemingly ran out of steam as the Rainham man bounced back to claim the last 3 legs. Rainham have to play both their promotion rivals in the last 2 games of the season. Its looking difficult for Furious at the other end of the table as they are now 8 points from safety.
