Match Report

Luton 2 completed a 2nd win of the season over their 3rd team. Ian Sayer picked up his first Player of the Match Award of the season with a comfortable hatrick not dropping any legs. Ross Childs also achieved 3 wins but had to work much harder especially against Dennis McConkey coming back from 2 legs adrift. Dennis did beat Tony Boarer for his only singles success as did Mick Barber. This was Mick's 2nd win this season over his former Captain. Tony did at least beat Keith Ball in his final singles. The "away" side took the Doubles to earn a 3rd point when Keith and Dennis surprisingly took out Ross and Ian over 4 legs.
