The experienced Rainham 1 beat the Chatham Endurance youngsters in a top of the table clash this week and now have a four point advantage over them following this 7-3 win. Rikki Clarke once again starred for the home side keeping his 100% record although was tested by Robert Coe in the opening game. Before this match, Daniel Gubala had lost five 5th leggers so he was overdue a win and he duly beat Mark Steeden 11-9 in the decider. Maxwell Antrim also beat Mark in the 5th (from 2 legs down). Vinnie McAneney competed the Rainham line up and after beating both Daniel and Max didnt have to play his last game as Robert conceded after his losses to Rikki and Mark. The two remaining youngsters combined to take the Doubles and an important 3rd point. Despite this win, Rainham drop to 2nd spot but play leaders Cliffe Woods next week in a potential Christmas cracker !
