Chatham Furious won their first match of the season but needed the Doubles to secure the 6-4 result against clubmates Dorset, who have now lost their first 3 matches. A well contested match where every player got at least one win. James Townsend scored his first Div One maximum but had to go to 5 legs to beat Shaune Holliss who earlier had beaten Alex Low and Nathan Round. Nathan had opened the evening with a fine 11-9 5th leg win over Slavi Arnaudov but came out 2nd best to Phil Humphries. Slavi bounced back, beating Alex 11-8 in the 5th for his one victory but Alex did open his Div One account, courtesy of a 4 leg success over Phil.
