Boxley 1 were hoping to build on last week's opening victory but Rainham 2's Tim Davie had other ideas playing with good control and finding great angles to go unbeaten in singles and Doubles. The evening started well for the visitor's when Gary Hentschel beat Mick Hambelton and Lyndon Gurr saw off John Coleman but the wheels came off as Hambelton won his other two games and Coleman won a hard hitting contest with Hentschel over 5 legs. Barry Roles did manage to add a 3rd point for Boxley defeating Coleman in straight legs but a good win for Rainham as they prepare to take on their 1st team next week.
