Match Report

Sturdee captain Neil Lemilliere made a rare appearance for Sturdee and mangaged to pick up a brace in their narrow defeat. First he took out Jamie Somerset in four legs, but even better was a fifth set triumph of Dean Chipperfield, 11,8 at the death.  Tim Vaughan also posted a double, but will be disappointed to lose to Dean three straight, especially as he has got the better of him, in recent matches. Perry Oliver is turning out to be an outstanding player for Belfast, and once again he helped the side, this time with two victories, only losing to Tim in three narrow legs. The match was decided when Belfast secured a fifth set doubles win to take the victory
