Sherness turned up with their talisman Martin Hewett against Howard 1 and if they thought this would give them maybe a couple of points, they were clearly mistaken!. Only Martin's fourth set win over Alan Watson produced their one point.  Ian Gordon is in the form of his life, still undefeated this season, but Paul Norman did well to take one leg off him. Simon Forest also posted a treble, not losing a leg in the process. Alan Watson on this occasion had to settle for just a brace
