Belfast were on the end of another whitewash by Howard 1. Once again Ian Gordon was man of the match, losing just one leg all night, Dean Chipperfield winning one leg 11,7, but unable to repeat the heroics of his previous match, going down in four to the flying Scotsman!. Abbie Hurley managed to go the distance against Simon Forest, just being edged out 12,10 in the fifth. Alan Watson was also taken to the wire by Jamie Somerset but prevailed, 11,7 in the fifth.
