This mach was finally decided by Gannet taking the doubles in our sets after no fewer than 4 players recorded two wins with Steve Collins and Chris Morford and Steve Neilson and Paul Paulding achieving this feat.  Steve lost to Paul and Chris lost to Steve with Steve Neilson losing to Steve Collins and Paul losing to Chris.  This left Roger Chipperfield and Derek Myers to fight over the scraps and Roger came out on top leaving Derek winless
