Chatham showed quite a lot of fight in this game coming from 5-2 down to get the draw with a good straight sets doubles win.  Earlier Jon Jennings got a treble for Chatham with his game against Tony Jarrett the game of the evening with Jon winning 11-8 in the fifth after Tony came back from 2-0 down to force the decider.  For Chatham Stewart Day went winless in the singles but got the last laugh when partnering Jon to the doubles win and John Allen beat  Spencer Webb.  Both Colin Hutchins and Tony Jarrett got doubles and Spencer Webb got their fifth point.
