Rainham 3 repeated the 8-2 result from earlier in the season against Sheerness East to maintain their quest for the Div One runners-up spot. However, with Cliffe Woods 2 winning 10-0  this week, these two sides are now locked together on equal points with two games each remaining. In this match Alan Morton notched up his 14th Player of the Match Award, yet again going unbeaten and thereby stopping Niyi Oyelade's hatrick bid as he won his other games against Georgi Atanasov and Sam Woodcock. The latter named Rainham two both beat John Barker and Simon Hatt for their braces.
