Back down to earth with a bump this week for Sheerness East after last week's first win of the season. They made the long trip to Cliffe Woods and didnt get much change out of the experienced trio of Peter Mortley, Dave Lewis and Alan Bridle who took all the points on offer. This has put Woods back in the promotion race as they are now just 5 points behind Rainham 3. The Islanders were missing their star performer Niyi Oyelade, so Tony Slater, Garry Kimber and Simon Hatt were left to do battle and whilst they all won legs couldnt register a win.
