Match Report

The story of Div One this week is that there has been some wide margin wins for all the home sides and this match was no exception with Luton romping home 9-1. The hosts gave a debut to Jack Coleman and he didnt disappoint, not breaking sweat, as he didnt look like dropping a leg in singles or the Doubles. Dave Hopkins had to work much harder for his hatrick losing legs to both Marylyn Dudgeon and Shahab Raza and also required to come back from 2-1 down before beating Steve McNally in the 5th. Marylyn saved the whitewash with a hard fought 5 leg win against Ross Childs, only his 2nd loss of the season. Luton are 4th and Upnor stay 2nd bottom.
