Howard finished the campaign as undefeated champions with a 7,3 win over Cumberland. Simon Forest and Alan Watson picked up trebles and were supported by Mick Ling who posted one victory, beating Dean Chipperfield, third time lucky for the Howard player!, this time ,in four close legs. Jamie Somerset and the ever improving Abbie Hurley managed to overcome Mick Ling and Dean Chipperfield and Abbie Hurley teamed up in the doubles and secured a terrific fourth leg win over Simon Forest and Alan Watson to make the scoreline more respectable
