Charlie Cook was once again the talisman for Belfast, picking up another treble in their 7,3 triumph. He had to fight hard, coming back from two legs to one down twice, Gary Clarke and Georgi Astnov on the receiving end. Samuel Berhan also went undefeated, just edging home, 15,13 in the fifth against Dave Barr. Segun Ake seems to like fifth legs, and this match was no exception, with three on the night, but just a 11,9 fifth leg victory over Gary Clarke to show for it.  The one thing that could be a saving grace for Rainham this season, could be their doubles, with Gary Clarke once again on the winning side
