Match Report
LUTON INVICTA 3 4 BOXLEY 2 6
Despite arriving at Luton with only 2 players Boxley showed what a good side they are by walking off with a 6-4 victory. Bob Ellis was the hero for Boxley with a fine treble in beating Mick Forrester and Keith Ball in 4 and Phil Midgeley in 3. Paul Paulding got a brace but had to succumb to Keith in his opening game. Paul and Bob combined to take the doubles in five but the last two sets of 11-1 and 11-3 makes one wonder what went on in the other 3 sets.
