Phil Hayes was the player of the match in winning all three of his games although he needed five sets to beat both Sean Durkin 13-11 and Steve Collins 11-8.  He also played his part in winning the doubles with Tony Parry to give Rainham their best result although still losing.  Tony Parry and Eddie Stevens both finished winless as Steve, Sean and John Clark all won their other two games as Endurance struggled to a 6-4 win.
