Luton needed the Doubles to salvage a draw in a match where Ross Childs impressed again, picking up another treble and his 6th Player of the Match Award. Ian Sayer partnered him in the Doubles having earlier beat Mehdi Golchehreh but losing  two close 5 leggers to Peter and Dan Stokes. The Stokes' duo also beat Tony Boarer to achieve a pair of wins each and Mehdi also beat the Luton skipper.
