A clash of Div One's bottom two sides ended in a draw secured by way of a 4 leg Doubles victory by Dorset's Gareth Fox and Julian Barker at the end of the evening. The result means Rainham 2 maintain a 4 point advantage in the table over this week's opponents. A match where every player got at least one success although Mike Ingram and Mick Hambelton for Rainham and Fox for Dorset all won twice. Mike Ingram secured his first Player of the Match Award of the season (only losing to Fox). John Coleman lost his first two contests in the 5th but got a win in the end defeating Zhong Jiao Tan who was playing up from Div 2. Tan did cause the biggest upset on the night, however, getting a good win against Hambelton after losing the first leg 11-1.
