This match epitomises how far the youngsters of Javelin have progressed in the first half of the season, none more so than Kieran Robertson.  At the start of the season he wouldn't have fought back from two sets down to win in five like he did against Spencer Webb.  For Upnor only Tony Jarrett was successful with wins over Kieran and Daniel Gubala but he had to give way to young Maxwell Antrim who got another treble.  Kieran and Daniel completed the victory with doubles over Spencer and Gavin Burch and for good measure the lads took the doubles in four.
