This match was played on 13th March 2023 rearranged from 19/09/22. Luton held the Div One leaders, Howard 2, to a draw courtesy of a 5th leg Doubles win for the Dave Hopkins/Ross Childs partnership. This was only the 3rd time in 17 matches that Howard have failed to win. Hopkins and Ian Sayer recorded braces for Luton including both beating Tony Bull which is no mean feat as Tony had previously only lost once this season. Their single losses were against John Kane and Alex Clarke respectively. Ross Childs was seemingly out of sorts losing all his singles.
