2nd top played 2nd bottom and the score went to form with a 8-2 victory for Rainham 3 against Upnor B. Marylyn Dudgeon and Dave Gracey both beat Graham Watts for the away side's two points but Upnor's 3rd player, Shahab Raza, went down in 4 legs to the Rainham skipper. Alan Morton produced another polished performance and astonishingly racked up his 10th Player of the Match of the season. As usual Georgi Atanasov completed the host's line-up and got his treble but was given a scare by Marylyn only just getting home 12-10 in the decider. Although they have played a game more, Rainham have a good points advantage over the chasing pack for the Div One 2nd spot.
