A dramatic change in the result from the first meeting between these two sides saw Chatham Dorset run out 9-1 winners turning round a previous 2-8 loss. The evening started well for Sturdee as Neil Tydeman won the opening contest in the 5th against Jacob Goodchild but the hosts won all remaining games for their 7th win of the season. All of Neil's games went to a deciding leg but he lost out 11-9 to Shaune Holliss and 11-4 to Trevor Towers. Shaune also had a busy night as he successfully negotiated 5th legs against Paul Snaith and Michael Leonard to record his first maximum of the season. Trevor Towers took the Player of the Match Award, however, courtesy of straight leg wins against Paul and Michael.
