2014/15 Season - Club and Team Secretaries Meeting
The new season is almost here!
The Club and Team Secretaries Meeting will be held at Kenilworth Wardens, Glasshouse Lane, Kenilworth CV8 2AL at 7.30pm on Thursday 11 September 2014. A light buffet is available from 7pm.
Directions - From Leamington go over the A46 Kenilworth bypass roundabout. At the next roundabout (by St John’s Church) turn right into Birches Lane. After about a mile Kenilworth Wardens is on the right with a large yellow signboard outside. Parking is available.
This is a key meeting to prepare for the new season. If you cannot attend please ensure another member of your club represents you.
If your club has not already submitted player registration forms and fees please do this before the meeting. The rules state that individual matches played before a player has registered and paid the Association and Table Tennis England fees are awarded to the opposing team.
The meeting itself will be quite brief. The arrangements for the coming season will be explained and you will be given a draft copy of the new handbook. Please check all the information about your club carefully and notify any errors or changes before you leave or by email to Malcolm Macfarlane within 24 hours.
The final version of the handbook incorporating all the changes and corrections will be ready for the start of the season on Monday 22 September. The draft version should then be destroyed to avoid confusion.
Misunderstandings have occasionally occurred in the first week of the season so please confirm your first match with your opponents by phone to avoid any risk of a wasted journey.
