Help required for the Junior British League event being held at the new Derby Arena (next to Pride Park) on 17th & 18th October.

We are asking for help from the Derby League for setting up on Friday 16th from approx. 6pm and breaking down on Sunday 18th from approx. 2.30pm.   Times to be confirmed near the event.   We are looking at as many people as we can but initially 6 to 10. 

Also 2 or 3 people around Saturday and Sunday to help in general with the event.   The event starts at 10.30am Saturday and around 9pm Sunday. Jobs could be keeping wall charts up to date, delivering messages from control table to results, help keeping the arena tidy, someone who knows the area if we have to go to a supermarket etc.  

Any help that the Derby league are able to give would be gratefully received.
