Ping Pong Pops Up in Northampton!

The latest addition to our Ping Pong Parlour project has opened in Northampton.

Grosvenor Shopping Centre are the latest centre to partner with the Loop team at Table Tennis England to introduce a fun, free and exciting activity for all the family to enjoy.

Ping Pong Parlours are ‘pop-up’ spaces in empty shops, filled with table tennis tables to provide opportunities for passers-by to play ping pong for free.

Shoppers at the Grosvenor can visit the parlour, located near Deichmann on the first floor, between 10am and 4pm. Bats and balls will be provided so shoppers can simply drop in and play.

The Ping Pong Parlour project has seen great success in the recent months, with Parlours popping up in Nicholson’s Centre Maidenhead, Sailmakers Centre Ipswich and across the country in our Ping! Cities – with more on the way.

The Parlours form part of Table Tennis England’s vision to inspire people to get active and lead happier, healthier lifestyles by introducing table tennis into the places they already spend time in their everyday lives.
