Tetford put in a valiant effort against Graves Park D but Paul Matschull's three wins ensured a Graves Park victory on the night. Tetford's Peter Hughes gave Paul his toughest match. Mick Dodes took two points for Graves Park, losing to Andy Foster in the fifth end. Dave Walters added a point with victory over Peter Hughes but losing to Andy and Jon. Foster/Newby were then too strong for Walters/Dodes in the doubles to take their fourth point on the way to a 4-6 loss.
