GROOBY TAKES THE PLAUDITS!

  Tetford had a long hard battle against Mayflower with most matches going to 4 or 5 ends. Peter Hughes had two close matches but failed to convert them. Wayne Grooby of Mayflower had the best evening, winning all three of his singles. Jon Newby took two matches for Tetford and Brian Todd took one. Tetford also took the doubles but sadly lost 4-6 on the day.
