2 MAN LODGERS BATTLE TO DRAW WITH BLADES! 

  With Lodgers C still without No. 2 ranked Steve Allen, Lodgers Blades had a good opportunity to get themselves a result. No. 8 ranked Scott Sykes took up the mantle though and raced through his singles dropping just the first set to the dangerous Simon Raistrick. Andy Pocklington could only add one point with a hard-fought victory over Simon Raistrick but struggled against Darron Kent, losing in straight sets. Against Lucas East, Andy took the first end before Lucas's consistent hitting took control with Andy losing the next three sets. With the match at 4-5 in favour of Blades, Scott and Andy teamed up to take on Darren and Lucas with Scott and Andy winning in four close sets to earn themselves a draw.
