Tsaptsinos beaten by home favourite

Maria Tsaptsinos was the best English performer at the Luxembourg Open, reaching the last 16 where she was beaten by the host nation’s top player.

Tsaptsinos overcame San Marino’s Chiara Morri in four straight in her first match in the last 32, and took the first against Sarah De Nutte in the next round, only for the Luxembourg player to reel off the next four.
