Craig Allen P1

News 05/4/2019 from Margaret about Craig Allen.

Congratulations to Craig Allen on defending his title in the Men’s Singles at Bromsgrove and Redditch Championships, to win for the second year running.  It was a sterling effort by Craig who less than 24 hours before had arrived home from the Para Open in Spain which in turn had been preceded by a weekend of SBL.  Craig was also runner-up in the Doubles with Russell Duncan at the Championships losing to Mark Fiddian and Hawley Ellicot in the final.

Time for a rest – no chance! This weekend Craig will be playing in the British Para National Championships before training for his next Para tournament in Mexico at the beginning of June.  Good Luck, Craig – keep fighting.

News 22/11/2017 from Margaret about Craig Allen

Craig has been shortlisted (final 3) for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Sports Partnership Disabled Sports Person of the Year.  We will be attending the Awards evening at Sixways tomorrow evening (Thursday 23 November).

On the British Para Table Tennis Twitter site there is a link to an article about it which is posted both on the disability and TTE websites.  Please can you retweet the message: https://twitter.com/BritishParaTT

Please can you get the link out on Twitter for me across the region - just wishing him lots of luck.  He is not expecting to win but it is a great honour to have reached the final 3.  We are grateful to everyone's support for Craig on his table tennis journey.
