Thrapston 6 v Westfield B 4
In a match between sides likely to be in the lower regions, Thrapston edged home due to the visitors surprisingly conceding the doubles. The visitors other leg was gained by Mark Thomas, who recorded his first top division win in a remarkable 11-2, 11-3, 11-2 win over Steve West. WDHA Superkings 7 v Chesterwell C 3
A good all round team performance from the Superkings with doubles for all of their 3 players, Dev Patel, Tarun Mistry and Himanshu Ganatra saw them edge out Chesterwell, whose Daniel Mann proved to be unbeatable with a great maximum, his second in 3 outings. Baldock & Neville completed a good night’s work for the visitors, winning the doubles against Mason & Polanski in straight sets.
Higham Harriers C 3 v Wanderers E 7
