As the first half of the season comes to an end, there is still no runaway leader at the top of the table.

Andy Bache, Jess Birbeck and Ryan Birbeck all scored twice for Raiders, while Tony Stewart won two games and Steve Smith won a single, before combining to win the doubles game for struggling Retros. Netherseals beat Hopwas Panthers 7-3. The Netherseal team of Simon Hall, Jason Hadley and Matt Satchwell all won two games, while Trevor Davies scored a brace for Panthers, assisted by an Alan Caffery single. Rob and Pete Bromley were both unbeaten for Pongers, and Richard Grove won two of his games, losing to John Henson who retained a point for Barons. Netherseal Cedar comprehensively beat Rugby Oddballs 10-0. The winning team of Charles Goodall, Gary Carr and Steve Farrington were too much for Oddballs. There was a 5-5 stalemate when Hopwas Jokers met Lichfield Knaves. Mark Balant and Jack Gillespie scored doubles for Knaves, matched by doubles from Alastair Tallis and Mike Fleetwood for Jokers. Dave Tucker also scored a single for Jokers.
In Division Three, TYC Lambs beat TYC Noobs 9-1. James Shaw and Matt Thompson won their games, and Rich Elson scored a brace for Lambs, beaten only by a Ryan Coady single for Noobs. Lichfield Musketeers and Burntwood B could not be separated, with a 5-5 score line. Luke Sargent scored a hat trick of games for Musketeers, and Morgan Sykes won two of her games. It looks set to be an exciting 2012 of table tennis as all the teams go into their Christmas break.
