The biggest upset this week was the 19-19 draw between top team Betws A and lowly Tata Port Talbot A.

With 2 games to go Tata led 16-15. Ian Shipley extended the lead winning 3-1 before Cath Jones won the last 3-0 to give Betws a share of the points.

Cath finished with a hard fought 9-1.

Penlan A moved back closer to the top spot with a 29-6 win over Carmarthen B dropping just one game in the doubles.

Penlan D stayed in contention with a good 26-6 win over a weakened Cam Gears A. Dean Cundy 9-0 for D.

Carmarthen A stay in 4th with an easy 28-3 win over Cam Gears B. Jason Peckham and Dave Lloyd both winning 9-0.

Penyrheol A beat Penlan E 25-15 Thanks to Dennis Bromage winning 9-1.

Penlan B beat Penlan C 23-14 despite Mark Haymer winning 9-3 for C.
