" Falcons brought their strongest possible team, but they were no match for Shotterys ringer - Craig Witheford! What a classy young man he is, not only a great table tennis player, but cool calm and collected with it (rare in a 17 year old lad). He won all his games fairly comfortably and helped me win the doubles.
From a personal point of view, I had a good evening, performing well in the doubles, and reversing my defeat to Steve Cull from the first half of the season. I also pushed Luke Moffat to a fifth set, which is quite an achievement for me.
Overall, given the team that Falcons brought, Shottery A were more than happy with a draw; we're still in the mix for the title! Bring on Snitterfield (twice)"
