Ken's 85th Birthday Party 

Ken's message to all SDTTL friends and family:

“A big thank you to all those involved in my Surprise 85th Birthday Celebrations at Rawreth on Sunday 01 Sep by the Southend & District Table Tennis League.

This followed a surprise party the week before with our Caravan Club.

A big thank you to Jayne Johnson and John Poysden for arranging this along with my wife Sandy and keeping it a surprise.

Thank you Bertie Makolli and Jayne Johnson for taking some lovely photos.

Thanks to all for your lovely cards and presents which included flowers, some very nice bottles of wine and port,  much appreciated gift voucher for the Cliffs Pavillion, plus 2 tickets to see ABBA Voyager and a great photo of Spurs signed by Glenn Hoddle and Ossie Ardiles.

Then to top it all a Special Award from the League for Sandy and myself to say ‘Thank You’ in the form of beautiful Glass Vase suitably engraved to Sandy and I. Such generosity and much appreciated. Thank

Finally the biggest thing which made it such a lovely day was your Presence.
