Just the two first division matches this week. NA Batmen had an impressive 9-1 victory over Brixham Sharks, Naomi Jackson and Shaun Gibbs with maximums for the Batmen. The Sharks new signing, Josh Millman, preventing the whitewash with a win over Rory Harries. Halwell B climbed off the foot of the first division table with a 7-3 victory over NA Condors, Dave Wadling and Rod Sugden were unbeaten for the victors.
Clive Banham (Brixham Sharks) v Shaun Gibbs (NA Batmen)
Another Stuart Shipley maximum for top of the table Torbay Academy 2 helped his side to an 8-2 victory over Dawlish Aces. Jim McIvor and Mike Dummett were undefeated as NA Falcons saw off club colleagues NA Owls 8-2. A Rhys Lush maximum for Torre Titans saw his team home 6-4 in a close encounter with Brixham Trawlers. Brixham Gulls had a comfortable 9-1 victory over the struggling Taverners, Alan Maynard and Joe Edwards were undefeated for the Gulls. The Taverners bounced back from their heavy defeat by the Gulls with an excellent draw against second placed NA Falcons, avoiding defeat for the first time this season.

The top of the table clash in Division 3 saw the leaders Torbay Academy 3 held to a 5-5 draw by second placed NA Kestrels. Matthew Cooper with a man of the match performance for the Academy. In another close match between two Academy sides the 5th team narrowly defeated the 4th team 6-4. Torbay Academy 4 and NA Harriers couldn’t be separated as they played out a 5-5 draw at Teign School.

Dawlish Renegades, with Prabhu Kashap unbeaten, stretched their lead at the top of the fourth division with a 7-3 victory over second placed NA Kites. A Jean Neafcy maximum was not enough for Torbay Academy 6 as they went down 4-6 to NA Merlins. NA Vultures hit top form with an excellent 9-1 victory over Torbay Academy 7 thanks to maximums from Remy Wilson and Lewis Short.
